Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws, or removing the attachment, is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, flashlights, and license plate holders or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for a claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
