Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If any problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard timeframe for the repair.
