Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-theft screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines. This is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions, and each silencer carries the homologation code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlights, number plate holders, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
