Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations on public road networks.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each muffler carries the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any warranty claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new muffler in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
