No structural modifications of the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the altered exhaust angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. This begins from the date of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
