GPR exhaust compatible with Triumph Daytona 660 2023-2025, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, Homologated and legal, complete exhaust system with catalytic converter and removable db killer.
No structural modifications to the bike are needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights reverting to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The Grand Prix front line was introduced in 2005, coinciding with the debut of Team Konica Minolta and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as Team LCR and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black titanium sleeve treated with ceramic resistant to high temperatures, and CNC machined caps with pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Collector and catalytic converter: the kit includes the specific collector where the catalytic converter is mounted; it can be installed without cutting or making modifications, flanges, rings, brackets, and screws are included if necessary.

Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for use on RACING circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
