Are db killers and removable catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or tamper-proof bolts or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer accepts responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR's factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
