No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle solely on the track, without luggage, flashlight and license plate holder, or any other parts that may interfere with the differing gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
