Are dbkillers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use in races; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without bags, without torch, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty, and any claim for repair will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of that which needs repair; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
