Are dbkillers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the modification to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with a right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
