Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activities, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without any luggage, flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that may interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with returns to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
