Are db killers and removable catalytic converters legal? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on the public road network.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, and each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and number plate support or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in a loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair is subject to factory return to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
