No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on YouTube.
The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the altered gas angle after the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on public roads.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
