Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity and to request information and/or advice from customer service. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, warranty includes repair rights with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
