Fitting and mounting accessories: This kit includes the specific link and/or half-collector and the corresponding support and accessory kit, allowing for installation without structural modifications. Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws, or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations. WARNING: This item is homologated for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to perform the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
