Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
