The adjustable training hurdle TEAM is stable and easy to set up: just unpack, assemble, and get started. The cone holes, training rods, and joints provide countless practical combination options. For example, they can be used for coordination exercises, stability training, or jump power, as well as exercises involving rebounds or dribbles. The cone holes are set at heights of 5.5, 18.5, and 30.5 cm, but with the help of the joints, a hurdle can even be adjusted up to a height of 100 cm. The hurdle is available in four different colour combinations.
