Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not in compliance with traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, license plate holder or any other parts that may interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product's warranty, starting from the purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait standard time for repairs.
