Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. This is counted from the purchase, with the right to repair returning to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer as a replacement for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
