Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and mounting plate support or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following conversion to a race version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. Starting from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
