Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, or number plate holder or other parts that might conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the purchase date, with a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
