Connection and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connector and/or half-collector and the corresponding kit of supports and accessories, allowing installation without structural modifications. Are removable db killers allowed? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations. WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with public road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists. No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight, and without license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
