Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations. WARNING: this item is homologated for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road regulations and for the annual inspection. The kit can be used for the official annual inspection. Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists. No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on a track only, without a bag, without a torch, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. The warranty starts from the purchase date, with the right to repair through GPR's factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
