Is the db killer removable? Adjusting the db killer and associated security welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No.

FURORE Silver silencer series, manufactured with a black aluminium body and Avional caps obtained through CNC machining, painted with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120mm.
Mounting connections and accessories: this kit includes the specific connection and/or the half-collector and the corresponding kit of supports and accessories, which allow installation without structural modifications.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with traffic regulations on the public road network and for carrying out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop. No claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It is designed to be mounted in a high position. No structural modifications of the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the available tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bags, flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
