Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on track. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without panniers, without torch and license plate holder or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty from the purchase, with the right to repair through GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
