Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only permitted for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not in line with the public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or watch tutorials on visible platforms and YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, flashlight, or license plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will void the product warranty. From the date of purchase, the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
