Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-theft bolts or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In the event of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and seek immediate information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without number plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair to GPR's factory or to the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
