Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It's recommended to read the instructions in the package or the available tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight or number plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. This is from the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one that needs to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
