Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws, or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on track only, without a bag, flashlight, license plate holder or other parts that conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
