Is the Dbkiller removable? Altering the dbkiller or the associated security welds/screws violates product compliance and makes it illegal for road use.

Are the dbkillers removable? Altering the dbkiller welds or anti-tamper screws, or removing the mount is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on roads does not comply with traffic regulations on public roads.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance if having the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the moment of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.
