Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; it is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without registration plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the transformation into racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, counted from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
