Is the Dbkiller removable? Altering the dbkiller and the associated safety welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.

Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tampering screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to pass the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as the mounting instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without torch, and without number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the changed angle of the gas due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.
