Removable db killers and catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed by a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in cases of incorrect installation.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. Should any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop all activity and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials available on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without cases, without flashlight and number plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR's factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
