Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper bolts or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install them in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If you encounter issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one that needs repairing; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repairs.
