Are the db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the bracket is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines, this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public roadway regulations.

You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on a track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, the right to repair is granted with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
