GPR exhaust compatible with Honda NX500 2024-2025, New Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium, legal and approved exhaust, silencer with removable db killer and specific connecting pipe.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop by email; for physical purchases, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a luggage rack, flashlight, and license plate holder, or any other parts that would interfere with the changed throttle angle due to the conversion to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will void the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with returns to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
The new GPR Grand Prix Evo Black Titanium silencer was created to celebrate 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta Team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR Team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, featuring a special shape with a diameter ranging from 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and variable length depending on the bike. It is equipped with a black ceramic-treated titanium sleeve that can withstand high temperatures, and CNC machined plugs with a pentagonal outlet and db killer.

Are removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must verify beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to conduct the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If problems arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
