Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this can only be done for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road is not compliant with public roadway regulations.

You can use the kit for annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
