Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering welds on db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws, or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair returned to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in exchange for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
