For online purchases, you need to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to certificato@GPR.it, while for physical purchases, the store's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. Starting from the date of purchase, with the right to repair sent back to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.

Removable db killers? Altering db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits, and using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to pass the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, and each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email claim@GPR.it.
