No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlights, and without license plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with repair rights returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
