The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claim for refund will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new muffler instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
