Are db killers and removable catalytic converters permitted? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on your smartphone and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without flashlights, and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
