Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the available tutorials on youtube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the transformation to a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
