The classic Close-Contact cut of LeMieux is designed to fit a wide range of more advanced show jumping saddles. Today, it's one of the most iconic jumping pads with its high withers, D-shaped elastic legs, teardrop-shaped girth protection area and teardrop-shaped rear profile. These saddle pads offer a very elegant and professional look to any saddle. The premium cotton top is complemented by a new super-soft bamboo lining that absorbs and controls perspiration under the saddle and is wonderfully comfortable and secure - minimizing rubbing even on horses with sensitive skin. The tourniquets incorporate internal locking buckles to offer more girth options.

There are several attractive colors to choose from, with new ones being added over the seasons, as well as a selection of new Small/Med pads to fit smaller saddles.

These top-of-the-range protectors are ideal for everyday use or competition. They are also perfect when combined with a LeMieux half pad, giving them a very elegant look.

Care information

• Machine washable at 30 degrees.
• Washing in a washing bag is recommended.
• Pull garments into correct shape while wet, so that they retain their shape during drying.
• Ensure that the washing machine drum is large enough to safely accommodate the size of the cushion.
• Make sure all hooks and loops are securely fastened before washing.
• Air dry away from heat sources (do not tumble dry).
