The Self-Cool Saddle Pad from LeMieux is made with the innovative "Feel Cool" material that contains cool crystals woven into the fabric. It is activated by moisture: the more moisture there is, the greater the cooling effect! The crystals have amazing heat absorption and transfer properties, gradually soaking up and wicking away the horse's sweat. Once dissipated, this creates a rapid cooling reverse effect.

The insert at the central gutter made of Carbon Mesh reduces any pressure on the chest and back, allowing heat to rise and escape from the top of the pad.

The inner lining is made from the same self-cooling fabric as the top side, which is soft, friction-resistant, and ensures that the entire pad breathes and wicks moisture equally.
