Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If you encounter problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible and youtube tutorials.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and without license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the point of purchase, with right of repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
