Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalytic converter or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on the tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with the traffic regulations on the public road network.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without bags, flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle following the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
