The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, no flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one under repair; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
