Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for use in RACING on tracks. Using the open version on road is not compliant with traffic regulations on the public road network. WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with traffic regulations on the road network and to carry out the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it's still recommended to have products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations. The specific approval certificate is provided along with installation instructions, and each silencer carries the approval code. If any issues are encountered during installation, it is compulsory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens, not for tourists. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different angle of the gas due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, starting from the purchase, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
