Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
Attention, as stated, the product is approved without catalyst so it CANNOT be used in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, and Singapore. Claims or requests for replacement will NOT be accepted for orders sent without properly consulting the catalogue. For installation, no structural modifications to the motorcycle are necessary for the product to be used in the approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions included in the packaging or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it's necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to certificate@gpr. For purchases in physical stores, the store's stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as only on tracks, without bags, indicators, and license plate holder or other parts which would conflict with the different acceleration angle resulting from the conversion to race version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be denied.
From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, which can also be sent directly to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must commit to reinstalling the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
